Diane Goldman

It Starts From a Place of Passion

— Diane Goldman

About

Biography

Diane began her career as a CPA at KPMG, where she spent five years primarily on the tax team. It was there that she developed her passion for planning and helping clients understand the tax implications of their financial decisions. While at KPMG, Diane earned the AICPA’s Personal Financial Specialist (PFS) designation, the CPA equivalent of the CFP® designation.

After five years at KPMG, Diane transitioned to become the Chief Financial Officer for one of her clients, a multi-divisional private company. Her experience then led her to owning and managing her own manufacturing company.

Upon selling the company in 2006, Diane re-entered the financial services industry to pursue her passion for helping others plan for retirement. Since then, she has worked with hundreds of pre-retirees and retirees navigating 25–30-year retirements. Diane has built a strong reputation for her commitment to service and dedication to helping clients achieve financially secure retirements. All client interactions are guided by Diane’s core values of transparency, conviction, quality of service, accountability, integrity, and discipline.

Diane graduated summa cum laude from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science in Economics and passed the CPA exam. A former collegiate tennis player, she has traded in her racket for golf clubs and now enjoys golf, pickleball, and other outdoor activities.

She is an advocate for individuals with disabilities and those facing disadvantaged life circumstances through various charitable efforts and is an active member of her local chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association. Diane has one son who recently began his career as a financial analyst. She hopes to have instilled in him the importance of planning for one’s financial future—perhaps one day even joining her in the profession.
